Resolve any field on the record or across its relationships. Custom tags choose a value by criteria. Repeater tags render a to-many relationship as a list or a table.
Reusable branding
Headers, footers and styling live as separate settings applied per template, so a rebrand is not a template-by-template edit.
Your own sending domains
Verified From addresses, Reply-To, CC and attachments, sent from your own domains.
SMS with templates
Saved SMS templates and multiple sending numbers, with the right From number resolved per send.
Campaigns
An initial send plus a timeline of scheduled follow-ups, tracked per recipient through sent, in progress and complete, with opted-out and cancelled states.
Bulk sends
Batched sends over any grid selection, each personalised through merge tags.
A delivery audit trail
Every send is recorded with per-recipient entries, delivery references and failures classed as temporary or permanent.
Bounce and complaint handling
Temporary failures are retried automatically. Permanent failures are marked and surfaced.
Open tracking with restraint
Open-tracking data is removed once its retention window passes.
Documents and signatures
Generate documents from templates merged with record data, attach them to the record and route them for e-signature, individually or in bulk.
Two-way portal messaging
Secure messaging with clients, with templates, attachments and email or SMS notification of new messages.
Sandbox that cannot send
A sandbox environment can never transmit a real email or SMS, however it is configured.
