Bulk actions
The same action, across the whole selection
Bulk operations here are not “change one field on the selected rows”. They are the same composable actions and workflows that run on a single record, executed across a filtered set of any size, with per-record accounting and alerting
What you can do
Do it to 40,000 records as easily as one
Filter a grid, select everything that matches (minus the three you want to skip) and run any action across the set. Volume runs it in the background, shows progress live and accounts for every record
Ten recorded bulk types
Bulk update, due diligence, communication, communication campaign, portal invitation, portal message, signature requests, assign to bucket, quantum calculation, and any composed object action.
Select all across pages
Select none, some or everything that matches. “All” means the whole filtered set minus the records you untick, however many pages it spans.
Respects your filters
The selected set is the filtered dataset, and the banner tells you exactly how many records that is.
Runs in the background
Each record is processed as its own step inside the batch, so one failure never blocks the rest, and you are told when the run completes or needs attention.
Live progress
Total, processed, succeeded, failed, skipped and percent, updating live. A page refresh never loses the run.
Per-record outcomes
Every record in a run gets its own status, so runs can finish partially completed and you can see precisely which records failed.
Bulk action reports
A permissioned area drilling from each run to its individual records.
Built-in alerting
Time to begin execution, time per record and failure count, with recipients, silences and notification history.
Bulk communications
Email, SMS, portal messages and multi-step campaigns over any selection.
Exports at scale
Exports to Excel, CSV, PDF or PNG that run in the background, with reusable saved export configurations and scheduled recurring exports.
Confirmation gates
Any bulk action can require confirmation, with your own title, body text and button label.
How it works
Three steps, no tickets to engineering
1
Filter
Use the grid’s filters and saved views to isolate exactly the records you mean.
2
Select and choose an action
Select all, exclude the exceptions, pick a built-in bulk type or one of your own actions.
3
Watch and verify
Progress streams live. When it finishes, drill into the run report to see every record’s outcome.
What makes it different
Selection and accounting are honest. “All records” means the filtered set with exclusions, and a run that partly fails says so, record by record, rather than reporting a green tick.
Stronger together
